EA launch issues

Question

Is anyone experiencing connection issues?! My EA app wont load at all ! and if i click the sims 4 shortcut it just "prepares game" for ever&nbsp;

Please restart your computer: a real restart, not just sleep/wake.

If that doesn't help, go here:

C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop

and launch the EAUpdater.exe. Then see whether the EA App loads.

Sims 4 won't start if the App isn't working properly.
