unable to repair

so when i launch my game is says that i need to remove mods and repair in origin. well, i have tried everything. i tried verifying the files through steam and it just says they're fine. i tries uninstalling and reinstalling everything and deleted all files associated. i have run ea as administrator, added ea as a virus exception, put it to open in windowed mode, moving the files around, Ive tried everything. there is no option to repair in the ea app because steam says everything is fine, im at my wits end. i just want to play sims
