"EA Play Membership Expired"... deleted all of my saves?

I bought the Sims 4 from origin when it first came out... I've had it for years with 1200+ hours of gameplay. When I opened the EA app today I no longer owned the Sims 4 due to my "EA membership expiring." I own every single pack but not the game? Weird but I reinstalled given the game is now free. Now all of my saves are gone. I tried locating them and when I look in documents there are multiple saves listed but when I launch the game there's only two. (One really old, one I just started for Reapers Rewards.) I need my other, more played saves back. I cannot fathom restarting. Help please.
