NettieVT Yes, that would be it. If you don't want to uninstall it entirely, at least kill it in the Task Manager before you try to play. It would probably be in the background processes list, and there might be more than one entry, depending on how it's configured. I don't use it myself, so I can't check. But look for LED Keeper and Mystic Light and anything that starts with MSI and looks like it could be related.

Well darn it, I found the program under Mystic light and it's showing as stopped now so re tried and now nothing happening unfortunately. No more failure to launch error, when I go to play it just blinks to the launching game and then opens up the app screen again. Alas 'tis a quandary but I do greatly appreciate your guidance with this.
