Tried a few things to no avail, mainly:
DirectX9 versions as mentioned above, DirectX11 versions as mentioned above, gave admin access to see if any issues on that end, also attempted disabling Antivirus software to allow EA unimpeded access.
Logging in on another computer (Same account + same add-ons) caused the same issue to appear.
Kind of stuck at this point trying to figure out what else to do re this issue.
If anyone has anything else we can try, please let me know!
