NettieVT Are you getting the "failed to launch game" error on the other computer? If not, what happens when you try to play?
On this other computer, do you have any saves or other user data at all, and does it help to remove that data? What about an antivirus or other non-Windows software this system has in common with the original one? It's also possible your account is broken, but that's not as common these days.
Still, you could test a different EA account on your computer, or the other one, just to see whether the problem is limited to your account.

Hi again now it's not letting me login to any other computer I think I've been locked out now as I've tried two other laptops to login in as me and won't allow me to do anything at all. Tried again just now with the new update now back on my pc it's just gone back to getting the failure to launch. I contacted EA help via the chat and got told - "We are seeking for a little time window from your end so that we can make things right for all of you at the earliest. I cannot commit any time frame on behalf of my higher authorities else it would be a false commitment. If you ask me personally I believe it should be fixed very soon. Once we have any new update, we'll let our players know through in game or through our social media channel here ". So like like another few months before I can hopefully play again...
