Family won’t load

Hi, I need help. For the past few months, I’ve had one specific family on my game that load. A play on Xbox so I have no mod I have no cc. I can go into this family site file and play with other families which I choose to do so that everything is updated in the exact same way. At first when it wasn’t working, I could click load and just play with another family for an hour or two and then that specific family will start working. Now it’s not working at all the plumbob steel rotates in the little words on the screen, but that family just won’t load all the way. sorry for being repetitive, but does anyone have a solution? My catch is clear and my game is fully updated.
