Feb 3rd update broke my game
I updated the game on February 3rd before I learned that the first update was defective and breaking the game. Now, I cannot make a new save by clicking New Game and creating a Sim, when I click Save and Play the checkmark turns grey and does not do anything. I cannot click the X button to exit out of the popup but can press ESC to return to the CAS menu. I also cannot create new households within an existing save since the same things happens there as well. I cannot save any existing games either as when I click Save in Live or Build mode it loads for a bit and then throws out an error code. I love TS4 and just got some new DLC (Horse Ranch, Outdoor Retreat, and Bowling Night) and I'd like to be able to play normally. I've done everything that's been suggested (clearing all cache folders, moving my mods folder out of the Sims 4 folder completely, repairing the game, playing offline, deleting the game version file) and nothing has worked. The game is still on the defective 1.121 version and I cannot revert it. Is there anything else I can try, or do I need to wait for a fix to come out?
