FPS Lag - Sims 4 Lagging and i can't fix it.

Hello, everybody on here! I will try to make this short so we don't need to spend the whole day reading how frustrated I am and so on and so on...

But to my problem, then the problem is as soon as I start The Sims 4 my game begins to lag and everything is stuttering. It literally doesn't matter what I do and still keeps being lagging and I have tried reinstalling Sims 4 like 5 times? Removing things and reinstalling other things. Removing Origin and reinstalling that, literally everything I have tried. Even made some space since someone said if your C drive is full then you need to clean it since Sims 4. It just keeps lagging no matter what I do.

I give up now I have tried to fix this for a week now. I have gotten nowhere. I am ready to throw in the towel and stop even thinking of playing it for a while. Don't know what happened since it worked fine even when my drive was full of things and literally every drive was red. I will also put my Dxdiag on here if anyone needs to see that to figure out my problem. I know i don't have that much space left on either drive but it worked before in even worse conditions than it is now. The problem is that the game lags so bad it's literally unplayable. Help needed, thanks! //Melodias

    @Melodias1337 Did you try to run this game with only one monitor connected? Each monitor is using 8Gb of shared memory which is using virtual memory which may be causing lag because you are running out of system resources. Your system shows 13Gb free space on the system device. A gaming system requires more. The game does some post video processing in software and a system with dual monitors may drain system resources. Try disconnecting one monitor then boot the system and see if that helps.

    My main menu is not laggy it's in game in live mode that is laggy my FPS will drop as low as 18 sometimes ever since the realm of magic game pack or it could be the latest October patch either way it used to run so smoothly and now I cannot get it to run smoothly ☹️ with the new university pack coming out I don't even know if I'm going to play at all! hopefully it's a in-game issue and not a our PC issue that way at least EA if they could recognize that some of us are having this lag issue that they can release a patch to help us out

    @kreatora I tried playing without the internet on but it just will not stay stable still. I didn't change anything at all but as soon as ROM or new Oct patch came out, it makes my fps drops to as low as 18 at times. In Sulani my FPS is a stable 75 but my sims dog ended up having 3 pups and now having 5 "members" in that household started making the game lag like crazy! So I gave them all away and it started running good again. I just don't get it. I can only play with max 2 sims on a lot to have good fps and some lots regardless have terrible fps drops.... I tried deleting cache files, internet off, editing options in game and in Nvidia Control Panel, I have my power settings to high performance, I'm playing in windowed mode, I have no CC or mods... I gave up lol... ☹️

    It looks like sometimes your game gets too little RAM memory available from the system. Strange. Have you tried turning off any overlays you have on your computer? Such as Riva Tuner overlay, Nahimic 2 or similar. If you have MSI Afterburner and it is open when playing - close it. When open MSI Afterburner will cause FPS to drop in the game.
    Could you post your computer's DxDiag?

    TBH, I'm not much of a techy so I have no idea what Riva Tuner overlay, Nahimic 2 is.. But here is my Pc's Dxdiag info

    You have a lot of problems causing by the Malwarebytes program. Uninstalling Malwarebytes from the system can help. You can also after reinstalling download the latest version but I wouldn't do it. To uninstall use the Malwarebytes tool. Windows Defender is protecting you enough.

    Run also SFC scan to fix other problems with your system but if you are not tech-savvy take it to the shop that built your computer or you need to ask some friend for help.
