Snivy14 Please test a new save and without any mods or custom content, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop. Create a new sim and place them on a default EA-made lot, nothing from the Gallery or your own library.
If the game still lags, please provide a dxdiag. Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the camera (Insert Media) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
