Full Page Ad is Crashing my Game

Every time I open the EA app, that bloody huge "Learn More" ad pops up. I can't x out of it. The "Learn More" or "Buy Now" button doesn't work. The screen freezes and I have to restart my computer to get out of it.  It used to be a once a week annoyance. After the first restart, I'd get into the landing page for the game just fine. But now it now it happens every time I try to play.  I have repaired, unistalled, and reinstalled the app multiple times (which worked the first time I did it but doesn't anymore). Inzoi is looking better and better all the time.  (FYI: my computer has all the required specs and I don't have any mods installed.)

    I keep getting something like this, I come out of the promo page and can see the game but it's grey screen overlaid and I can't access anything. I've been loading task manager to end task and repairing the game, but you shouldn't have to do that three times in a row to access a game you've spent loads on!
