Gallery library cleared.

I haven't played the Sims in a couple of months due to not being home, and since coming back I have found my gallery library to be almost completely empty. The only contents left are one or two households I made and the lots that come with basegame/packs. All my lots, rooms and households I have made over the 6 years of owning this game have disappeared. Is there any way to solve this, or at least stop it from continuing?! I'm losing all my patience with this game.

(I have not changed computers, or even moved files around. I am up to date with update releases and have just simply not used the game in 2-3 months).

  • _Phoebeeeh_  Are you talking about the Gallery or your Library?  These are two different things.  The Gallery is hosted on EA servers, and it consists of whatever you've explicitly uploaded.  The Library is stored locally on your computer.  The files are in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray.

The Gallery is somewhat finicky right now, but your content shouldn't have been deleted.  For your Library files, please see this guide to missing user data:

You can look for a Tray folder on your computer and in OneDrive.  Let me know what you find.
