They said they'd send me a link but they haven't (it's not in my spam folder either) and now I'm on a new chat trying to explain this all but they've stopped responding to me and I don't know whether to wait or not because it's been ten minutes and they didn't say they were going to do anything.
My internet connection is fine though- Unfortunately you have to fight this alone, I can not help you. I can only wish you good luck.
