Game broken after buying adventure awaits

lihtaruk​  How does a new save run on the new computer?  I'm not sure from your description whether you've been testing an old save, but if so, please try a new one too.

Please also provide a dxdiag from the new computer.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

I didn't . I'm not using cc or mods but like using art paintings created by players that I'm getting from gallery. I kept getting landscape texture from Royalty and legacy pack disappearing on old computer constantly, but didn't notice it happening till installed adventure, so was thinking it related to new pack I installed . When it happened on new computer , thought it going to be regular problem here too. After last post was mostly building in penthouses without playing sim much, didn't use landscape textures either. It was smooth nice game. Thanks for respond. I'm big fun of this game, even if all landscape texture disappear, I'll keep playing

lihtaruk​ On your new computer, did you add any mods or custom content, or any other tools or content that would change how the game works?  That would be ReShade/GShade, edits to program files, or anything else you might have added or changed.

The Gallery is defaulting to Most Popular rather than Popular Now.  This is by design, but EA has decided to revert it, hopefully in the May patch:

I don't think it's related to adventure awaits anymore. Game is broken. On new computer with freshly installed game, Bulldozing lot or terrain  doesn't work.  Terrain paint of pavements disappear on it's own between closing and opening games. I didn't see white crushing windows yet , but search engine in cloud still looks broken- its automatically shows most popular, which same items over decade old. It's keeps messing up when have to close window and open again, which makes it hard to actually find anything specific there.

I don't have mods or cc. I'm replacing my whole computer since it was old and see if that going to change anything.

lihtaruk​  If you use any mods or custom content at all, please remove the entire Mods folder and test again.  You don't need to save your progress.

If that doesn't help, or you don't use mods or cc, please test a new save, for comparison's sake.
