Game constantly crashing since update!

Hey there! I'm having trouble with my game continously crashing. I do play with cc and mods soo I've been updating and going through them. I even went back to DX9 to see if that would help. I've attached my specs and the last crash txt to see if its something specific. Idk I may have to just start mods from scratch
