game continually crashing

My game has been continually crashing since latest patch either on load up or during game play.  Could it be a bug in the patch that is causing people with mods/CC in their game to crash.  I have checked all mods are up to date nothing broken, done folder refresh, game repair and uninstall and reinstalled I noticed that I now have the free version of main game but I had the digital deluxe edition which I paid a lot of money for, in my game library it says digital deluxe edition has been removed said this before I uninstalled and reinstalled.  Can you please reenable my edition of sims 4 and not the free version.

  • Liverbird1892  The python37_x64.dll crashes in your dxdiag have typically been associated with default overclock settings on the motherboard level.  So please look for a BIOS update for your board.  I can't tell whether one exists, but the MSI support page should make that clear.  If you find one for your exact model, install it and test Sims 4 again.

If that doesn't help, or you don't find a new BIOS version, try disabling CPU Turbo Boost and/or XMP within the BIOS.  The former may be hidden within the advanced settings and called something slightly different; XMP should be easily accessible.  If this does help, keep an eye out for BIOS updates, as this issue may be solved in a future release and already has been for some models of this generation.

It isn't useful and can be confusing to ask for further help elsewhere, in a thread without the context of your previous attempts to troubleshoot.
