I haven't played sims in a while because I couldn't get into my account because EA won't send me a code. Today I finally got in and opened sims and attempted to load a recent game and then a message pops up stating that I'm missing 4-5 ad-ons required for this recent game even though i already bought them all. I've everywhere online and just cant seem to find a solution.
nellyscrolls Do any of the packs you've bought load in-game, or do you only see base game content? Does the EA App think you own these packs, and if so, are they listed as installed? To check, open the EA App and click Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons.
