Liverbird1892 The python37_x64.dll crashes in your dxdiag have typically been associated with default overclock settings on the motherboard level. So please look for a BIOS update for your board. I can't tell whether one exists, but the MSI support page should make that clear. If you find one for your exact model, install it and test Sims 4 again.
If that doesn't help, or you don't find a new BIOS version, try disabling CPU Turbo Boost and/or XMP within the BIOS. The former may be hidden within the advanced settings and called something slightly different; XMP should be easily accessible. If this does help, keep an eye out for BIOS updates, as this issue may be solved in a future release and already has been for some models of this generation.
