okayysam Some of the Sims 4 crashes in your dxdiag look like they're related to ReShade or GShade, so if you use one of those, please remove it.
A couple of the crashes point to a component of the Nvidia graphics driver, and your copy is almost a year old, so it's a good idea to update that as well. You can get the newest version here:

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Choose the Custom (not Express) install method, and check the box to perform a clean install. Restart afterwards and before trying to play.
