KaylorKale Sorry for the late reply; I've been away from the forums for a little while.
If you still need help, your dxdiag shows that the Sims 4 crashes are due to your computer's graphics driver, which is new enough but could be corrupted. There could also be a different issue causing the driver to give out, but it's best to start there, with a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver. Here's how:

By the way, do you really have an i7-13700K and no dedicated graphics card? I know there are use cases for exactly that, but this is an unusual-enough setup that I want to check, just in case you DO have a discrete GPU but it's not recognized.
