Game Crashes when entering CAS or starting a new save file.

neomoonprincess​  Do you have any Razer apps installed?  If so, please remove them.  Your dxdiag lists a couple of crashes of what looks like a component of Razer software, and the two Sims 4 crashes look like what happens with conflicting software.  Razer apps are a common cause of this type of issue, so remove any you have: Chroma, Cortex, Game Manager Service, etc.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the software may be sufficient to clear up the issue, but please test with these apps removed at least once.

If this doesn't help, please please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor.  Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day.  Today is on the right.

Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 crash.  If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here.  If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.

puzzlezaddict​ My fairy sim does not have any tattoos and I did complete some tests with new save files of both human sims & fairy sims. I also did tests on existing households. It still crashes during the same scenarios and is also doing so when I try to add a lot from the gallery in build mode. Just finished following your instructions & completed another test with a human sim with no tattoos on a new save file. It crashed as soon as I tried to move the new sim in. It crashed on the loading screen right after I heard the little jingle play when your household "loads in". I have attached the dxdiag below, thank you for your assistance!

neomoonprincess​  Are you creating a fairy, and are you adding any tattoos to the sim?  If either is the case, please try creating a human sim with no tattoos.  If that works, add back one feature (and default tattoos before custom ones) at a time to see what happens.

Please also try editing a previously-unplayed household, for comparison's sake.

If you get a crash with a plain human sim of your own or in an existing unplayed household, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
