JulianaMoraes4 Please update your laptop's graphics driver, which is from 2021 and has been crashing recently. You can use the newest driver from Intel:

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart afterwards and before trying to play.
Please also avoid using any custom tattoos on fairies, at least for now. It's been an intermittent issue.
