Game crashing when certain BB items are selected

Hi, for a while now my game has been crashing in Build mode when I select certain items, I thought it was due to mods but I've since moved the folder and it still happens. It seems to follow a pattern so I just started avoiding the items that I know cause it to crash, for example all Cabinets are unusable, but I recently bought the lilsimsie gamer kit and it's happening to items in that pack too so it's hard to predict.

Items that always crash for me are shelves, cabinets, bookcases, and curtains. Some other items also cause it to crash but it's more random. I've attached the Dxdiag and lastexception files.
