Xr1st1naki Thanks for the dxdiag, which shows a very specific error between your laptop's Intel graphics driver and Sims 4's DirectX 9 mode. Please try installing the newest driver (Intel, not Nvidia) that Dell offers for your laptop. You can find it here:
https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/inspiron-15-3520-laptop/drivers
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.
This driver may or may not fix the issue; I'm not sure it's new enough to do so. If you get another crash, please force the game to run in DirectX 11 mode instead. Open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx11 to the command line box.
The next updated driver from Dell should fix the issue if this one does not, but in the interim, playing in DirectX 11 mode should work and won't do any harm.
Separately, I see a number of BlueScreens in your dxdiag. I would suggest using the same website linked above to let Dell install any and all drivers that need updating. At the top of the page, click This Device, enter your service tag if necessary, and let the site download whatever it recommends. Then restart your laptop again before doing anything else.
If this doesn't help with the BlueScreens, and you'd like to troubleshoot the issue further, let me know.
