avocadoes12 What worked, the new save or the clean boot? If the new save, then yes, try out your mods and cc and see what happens.
If the clean boot is what helped here, I would suggest instead that you reverse it, a few services at a time or using the 50/50 method, to see whether the problem is one particular service or just the total weight of them. You can leave anything disabled that you know you don't use, for example most Dell apps are just bloatware and don't ever need to be running. But some of those services you will probably want to use at some point.
Once you've figured out what's causing the issues you've been seeing, then you can start adding mods and cc to see how the game behaves.
