Game doesn’t work with mods

avocadoes12​  I think we need to see whether getting the fan repaired makes a difference.  But in the interim, you can keep hwinfo open while you play to make sure nothing is overheating.  You don't need to read every line, but scan it for anything showing in red, with a particular focus on temperature readings.

For now, use the clean boot approach to keep everything disabled you don't need, and you an start experimenting with adding back your mods and cc.  Just pay attention to performance so you know what, if anything, has an outsize impact on the game.
