Game freezes on opening loading screen or main screen

Whenever I open sims 4 (whether through double clicking the desktop icon, through EA or steam), the starting music will play and the game will either get frozen on the loading screen or will get froz...

parkour2708  Please provide a dxdiag.  Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

Please also let me know whether OneDrive is running on this computer, even if you never use it.
