Malikarp Bri199825 Please test with your Mods folder removed. You don't need to save your progress, just confirm that the problem still happens without mods or custom content. It's possible that a mod or cc item is only affecting existing sims, or some subset of them.
Malikarp Your dxdiag crashed while running, so it's missing some info about the installed graphics drivers. Additionally, one of the drivers has been crashing, so that could be the issue here even if it's weird that only existing sims would be affected. So please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of both drivers, as described here:

Finally, Razer's Game Manager Service has been crashing, so I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling it. It's also worth testing the game with the app uninstalled if the other suggestions here don't fix the issue.
