Packs problem

1-2 years ago i had a few packs, but they got deleted so i stopped playing. I played again this week, because i had like 3-2 packs left. I don't know what happened but one got deleted and it was 'To work'. I want to know what happened to them and where are they now? It cost a lot of money just for it to be deleted.
