Game is literally unplayable (Always crashing within 5 minutes, no indication)

Hey everyone I recently got Sims 4 through origin access and so far the game is fantastic. However it is also literally unplayable, I for the life of me can't figure out why it is crashing. It always crashes under 10 minutes whether it be 5 seconds from launching or 9 minutes into game play. This length was during the tutorial, now it is constantly crashing in less than 5 minutes when i try to start my new Sim. Whenever it crashes there is slight audio and game stutter for about 1 - 3 seconds and then it just closes.

I know that my computer can handle this game with ease, and I have no mods installed. I have also tried repairing the game as well as reinstalling the game, both of which I have done a multitude amount of times. Ive even tried turning off multiple background process such as my AV (Malwarebytes) or other and all programs, and it still crashes.

If anyone can help me solve this, you would be a great help as I truly want to experience this game to its fullest, and EA if you read this, please fix your game as If i cant even play it I cant even buy your expansion packs and therefore thats money lost.
