Game keeps closing and I lose progress

Hi all, 

My Sims 4 game keeps closing unexpectedly, no warnings and then all progress is lost. I have deleted the entire game, re-downloaded it, I still have 200GB free storage on my laptop, my graphics card is up to date. I don't have any CC or mods. I play my game on a Lenovo Legion laptop and have done for years, it's just in the last 5-6 times I've tried to play the game, it closes out of the blue after about an hour, sometimes sooner than that. I've deleted my history too so I am starting this completely from scratch again and this is still happening. Any suggestions? I am getting so frustrated. 

Any tips/tricks/checks would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

    c-larahill92​  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
