Game keeps Crashing...

The issue has been going on for sometime now, it randomly crashes in build mode/CAS, when I try to place a lot from the library, or it just freezes in gameplay and crash...

Thank you!! Just plugged the monitor into graphics card and opened up the game, it still crashes.. The crash seems to be happening whenever I try to load into any household. Please find attached the latest crash log and DxDiag file. Thank you so much for your help!!
