Lunosca Your dxdiag lists a few crashes of the graphics driver, so please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:
Please test with no mods or custom content at first, and only start adding back the content when you're sure the game is stable without it.
crystal_gurl17 If you have mods or custom content, does it help to remove the Mods folder? You don't need to save your progress.
If that doesn't help, or you don't use mods or cc, please try to create a new save and let me know whether it works properly.
