Game launched yesterday. It doesn't launch today.

The change I made to my PC? I added a graphics card. Now the game does not launch.

I try to launch from  Steam and it says that it's launching, says that it's running. The EA App appears, and then it all shuts down.

What possible fixes could there be to this?

Side note: Is there any EA customer support now or has that all be outsourced to this forum? I tried to open a support ticket and it just told me to "contact and EA advisor?" How do I do that?

To repair through Steam, right-click the Sims 4 tile and select Properties > Installed files > Verify integrity of game files.

EA support does still exist, but it's somewhat limited in what it offers.  For certain categories of issue, you might receive a generic help article or be directed to these forums.
