Game LITERALLY says "not responding"

I've been trying to play for a while now, when I launch ea everything looks normal but when I click play the entire screen turns white and has the message "not responding"... Then the app forces me to close the window... anybody else has this problem? I don't even use mods and have like 2 packs lol... 24.04.2025 09:46 p.m.

2dea04fe936162e9 Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
