Game LITERALLY says "not responding"

I've been trying to play for a while now, when I launch ea everything looks normal but when I click play the entire screen turns white and has the message "not responding"... Then the app forces me t...

2dea04fe936162e9​  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
