My game isn't opening through the EA app. I have already tried removing the folder from Documents > Electronic Arts, but it still doesn't start, and no folder appears in its place. I backed up the original folder, but I don't know what else to do to fix the problem. My antivirus is disabled, and I have tried restarting the computer multiple times.
3d308f4a31e52972 Do you get an error when trying to launch the game? If so, please post a screenshot of it.
Please also provide a dxdiag. Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the camera (Insert Media) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
