Game screen flashes and then freezes on a white screen upon launching

Hello all!

I recently started having this issues. I last played the game about a week ago for the first time in a year after buying 2 new packs. It worked perfectly fine but then the other day the screen started flashing upon launch, and then just freezing on a white screen. 

I have tried EVERYTHING. Researched for hours and hours. I did eventually get the main menu to load up, only for it to crash and then start this issue again.

I've attached my dxdiag. Please help 😭I just wanted to chill and play the Sims in my free time.
