Game stuck and wont move past loading screen

Ever since the update I can’t actually play anymore, it’s stuck on the loading screen and I can’t even get to the main menu. I have tried removing mods, clearing cache, uninstalling, repairing, using the clean user folder approach…absolutely nothing is working. Anyone else having the same issue and know a workaround this is incredibly frustrating?

GEELEIGH93 Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
