You have two graphic cards . Are you sure that game is working on Nvidia card? It looks like the game uses an Intel card

Thanks for the response, but unfortunately I already had it in those settings before I tried everything (as in picture), but if I am doing something wrong please let me know. Also my computer is up to date, it updated this morning.

I see @kreatora made a typo, make sure to update (not edit) you drivers for the GeForce card:
