Game unplayable

After the latest update, it seems.my game is now unplayable. It crashes back to desktop and when it does launch, none of the options are clickable. I cant continue my game, can't make a new one, nothing. I got it to work once and the game crashed when I loaded an old save. Im not sure if the update corrupted my file or not, but im extremely unhappy. I have no mods currently.
