Phaewalker Then please post a screenshot of the current error. I was going by the only error you'd previously posted, which is completely different.
You can also try uninstalling the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine). If Revo can't find the App, download a fresh copy of the App installer and run it as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." You may be told that the App is already installed and given the option to repair it; do this. Once the App is installed, close it and use Revo to remove it before doing anything else, so it (hopefully) doesn't have time to break. Then you can do a proper clean install of the App, again running the installer as an admin.
If you use a third-party antivirus, it's possible the software is interfering with the EA App. So I would suggest disabling it while testing Sims 4 and while reinstalling or repairing the EA App. You would of course reenable it afterwards, and if necessary, you can set exceptions for EADesktop.exe as well as TS4_x64, TS4_Launcher_x64, and TS4_DX9_x64 or TS4_x64_fpb if you use the DirectX 9 or Memory Boost version of the game.
