Game won’t load or save after installing Enchanted by Nature

No Mods Playing on PC i just installed the new pack and had of the CAS items make my sim disappear when equipped or it makes question marks appear over their skin. The game won’t load into the new ...

    Hi, unfortunately after reviewing the list  and trying all the proposed solutions (including uninstalling and reinstalling the game) the issue still persists. I'm assuming it has something to do with either Enchanted by Nature or the update that was released alongside it.
