Game won’t load or save after installing Enchanted by Nature

No Mods Playing on PC i just installed the new pack and had of the CAS items make my sim disappear when equipped or it makes question marks appear over their skin. The game won’t load into the new ...

I was playing and adjusted the display settings then it crashed and then I tried relaunching and it wouldn't start. And now, as I tried to repair it, it says I don't own Enchanted by Nature??? I was literally playing it last night!
