Game Won't Run: Error Codes and Troubleshooting Attempts

My game will not run no matter what when it worked two days ago. I have updated drivers, restarted my pc, changed wifi, repaired the game through the EA app, got rid of all mods, cleared the cache, and uninstalled and reinstalled the game. My game has an error code of 00000008:00000000000000c8 I believe it's related to the xds drop but my game will not download then it will say the error code. If I try to run an existing save it gives me an error code 22, and if I start a new save the game crashes entirely. If you have any recommendations please help.
