Game won't start when I move my saves and mods back

It's been over a week of me trying to restart, repair, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, making back ups and new files and the game just won't load. I'll delete the Sims 4 file and the game will create a new one when I launch it, so I enable script mods and cc on settings and restart the game, it launches so I close it again to put my saves and cc back into the game file, but as soon as I place any cc and try to launch the game it'll show the pop up "Failed to launch game, and error on our end caused the launch to fail". 

It's not broken cc because I tried placing just a single file that I know isn't broken and it still won't work.
