Get Famous Career not working

Hi I play sims on a hp laptop with enough storage to support expansion packs but everytime I try to join my sims on a work day in the actor career my game crashes. I have recently just purchased get ...

laurab100  Does the game crash at any other times?  Does it crash if you try this in a new save?  Please let me know either way.

Please also provide a dxdiag.  Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

    hi i started a new save file and the same problem occurs where it just freezes then eventually crashes. ill attach the dxdiag below. Hopefully, the solution can be found, thanks a million
