Hi I bought the Get to Work pack from Walmart a year or 2 ago and every time there's an update, my pack seems to disappear and says I need to buy it. It usually comes back as soon as there's another update or something. Does anyone know why this happens?

As for why this happens, have you ever had an EA Play subscription? Get to Work is free with EA Play, so if you had a sub that's now expired, perhaps the EA Play version of GtW is temporarily overriding the fact that you own a standalone copy.
If you've never had EA Play, do you have any other packs that disappear like this?
