nowelld The Sims 4 folder in Program Files > Electronic Arts doesn't belong there. If it has your saves, Tray files, etc. inside, it belongs in Documents > Electronic Arts. The Electronic Arts folder in Program Files is for the EA App only.

Okay, I did that but now it won't let me play the sim. It won't load the game, like it keeps taking me to the home page over and over.
