Hangs on world load, never loads

Since the new patch my game has refused to load any worlds. I have pulled all mods, repaired the game, and fully reinstalled the game (still no mods) to no avail. I have tried loading existing saves and creating new saves. I can go through character creation and selecting a season and world, and then the world never loads. I don't exactly know what I'm doing but I created a .dmp file and used windbg to check it out and it seems to be reporting some failures (analysis attached; I'd post the .dmp but it's huge). I would really like to be able to complete the event; does anyone have ideas how to get it back up and running?
